Just Because Death Note and Naruto: Shippuden are the best Animes ever (Mainly Death Note, but thats just my opinion), I think an event character, should get a Death Note, dropped by the Naruto World Shinigami, but all the same rules apply to the original Death Note, as does this one. Except for one thing to make it more interesting, no matter what, you die from Instant Chakra Loss, and two, Whoever he kills, their body becomes his mind-slave, but can only use 2 of their original jutsu.

Another thing, if you are wearing anything made out of pure silver, or anything with pure diamond, you cannot be affected by its effect.

(This is so not everyone dies instantly)

This is a good idea and may happen if we can get membership up until then it would be pointless.
